Warsaw Industrial Center

Warsaw Industrial Center (WIC) was MD&C’s first project in Central Europe and the first warehousing project in the region built to international standards.  Located one kilometer from Warsaw’s Chopin Airport, WIC is comprised of 40,000 square meters and houses some of the world’s leading companies (Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Bayer, Philip Morris, & Wirlpool). In 1997, MD&C sold WIC to a U.S. REIT, making it the first transaction of its kind in Poland.
